SF is 6-1 their last 7 preseason games as a favorite. The 49ers are going with Nick Mullens and CJ Beathard in this one as their QB's. San Francisco has more motivation and better player position battles that will be a factor.

The Dallas Cowboys have so many off field and contract concerns right now that their preseason may be in jeopardy and I just don't see them coming out focused in this one on Saturday night.
