Joe Ross has thrown well for Nationals lately, allowing one run over his last three starts.

Ross has been dealing his last 3 start just 1 earned allowed, 3-0 .50 ERA his last 3 starts and considering with Scherzer set to return Thursday it could be Ross or Fedde that gets sent down so he will be motivated to do well. Pirates have been a disaster since the all start break but Williams typically after back to back non-quality starts, tends to come through with a quality start - especially considering he had 5 walks last game and will be ready to bounce back tonight. Washington hit 8 HR's yesterday and had to travel here and I like the UNDER on Monday night.
