These 2 teams played each other to end last season.  It was a 58-3 Wolfpack drubbing and EC cirlced this one on their calendar. NC State has some offensive weapons to replace but its not the same as last season.  It's not likely to hold East Carolina to 100 total yards and four first downs as it did in 2018.  NC State averaged 34 ppg at home last year and might get close to that mark here but 17 is just too many for a team that lost a lot of offense and EC playing with some major revenge.
