Philip Rivers has been a turnover machine but he'll play better against the Raiders' horrible defense.
Phillip Rivers threw 4 interceptions last game and he was just terrible. I can't imagine him being as terrible this time around and the Chargers are usually good for 1 game and I think this is such a game against the Raiders who cannot stop the run - remember, the Titans rolled up 40 points on them.
On the other side, the Chargers' pass rush will give Oakland a ton of trouble and the Raiders looked like they packed it in after losing at home to the lowly Jaguars last week. Lay the points and take the LA Chargers here on Sunday evening.
