I believe that this game is destined to be a close contest as both Notre Dame and Wake Forest have been in a good many tight games, particularly of late. Each of Notre Dame's last six contests and seven of eight has been decided by five or fewer points. The Irish are 3-6 in these close games this season while the Demon Deacons are 1-3. So with this experience in tight games and the fact that the contest is in South Bend, I am taking Notre Dame. The Irish own a +15.6 margin of victory at Purcell Pavillion and have several advantages over the Deacs. UND is the better three-point shooting team, better rebounding team, better offensive rebounding team, and they take care of the ball than Wake.
