I really like the underdog here because I think Penn State is ripe for the taking. Penn St lost their two best players from a below-average team last season and will have to work in some new transfer players into the rotation.
Penn State will likely struggle this season in the Big Ten and this line is too high in their opener vs Youngstown State.
