5*
(NCAAF) North Carolina vs. Pittsburgh,
Point Spread: -6.50 | -110.00 Pittsburgh (Home)
Result: Win
This is a tough spot for the Tar Heels after their dramatic win over Wake Forest last week. It’s a short week, and they haven’t even had a chance to really digest what they accomplished on Saturday. The game prior to that they were on the road at Notre Dame.
Now, they’ll have to go on the road again and try to do it all over again against a Panthers team with an even better defense than the one they saw at Chapel Hill.

Pittsburgh generates a great defense and has a very good offense and veteran QB.

Wake Forest can’t defend against the run. Pittsburgh stops it in its tracks.

Wake Forest gives up a ton of long scrimmage plays. Pittsburgh makes opponents work for every yard.

Sam Howell’s valiant attempt to win with his arm won’t go unnoticed, but it’ll also pale in comparison to the numbers we see from Kenny Pickett and that Pittsburgh offense. I’m laying the points and taking the Panthers as Pitt will be rocking with a rare Thursday night ESPN game.
