Taking Illinois to cover their spread this game for a couple of reasons. They are coming off a big conference win on the road against Maryland, and I expect that momentum to carry over into this game while Wisconsin is dealing with the repercussions of their loss at home to Iowa last week and were beat up physically.

I believe Wisconsin losing their starting quarterback will have a much bigger impact on this game than ex[ected and they will be forced to run the ball more often than they like as they adjust to the change in quarterback, and Illinois should be able to exploit this as they did last game against Maryland.

I am confident that Illinois will ride the momentum of their big win last week and perform well in front of their home crowd in what will be another big game for them.
