It's good to bet on motivated teams when you're betting an OVER, and there's no question that each of these team's enters this Friday night contest highly motivated for a victory.

Sacramento is 2-2, but it's 2-0 on the road. New Orleans is only 1-4, including 0-2 at home.

The Kings will look to keep the good times rolling here after holding on for a big 110-107 upset road victory in Phoenix on Tuesday night (despite that though, the Kings have seen the total go UNDER in three straight games, which is significant to note as Sacramento has in fact seen the total go OVER in eight of its last 11 after playing to three or more straight UNDERS in a row.)

The Pelicans early struggles can be chalked up to injury issues, as Zion Williamson is still a couple weeks away from returning from injury. The Pels have covered in three straight, and they've also seen the total go UNDER in three straight.

But off a tight 102-99 loss here to the Hawks, clearly this is a game that New Orleans will feel it can win here. And note, the Pels have seen the total go OVER in ten of their last 13 after a SU home loss in which they were held to 100 or fewer points in.

Both the numbers and the situation point this one flying OVER the number as the game comes down the stretch.
