The Canadiens have looked a lot better since a recent coaching change and I expect them to sneak under the radar here and upset the red hot Flames.
Calgary is indeed "on fire" right now. It's won nine of its last ten. That includes back-to-back victories over Minnesota.
However with a game at league-leading Colorado up next, followed by contests against the Oilers, Washington and Tampa Bay, I believe that Calgary finally has a letdown here as it gets caught looking ahead to its challenging upcoming schedule.
Montreal had won five in a row before an 8-4 setback at Winnipeg in its most recent matchup.
As primarily a situational handicapper, I think this is a spot that's way too good to turn down. The Canadiens have much more than just a "punchers chance" tonight. This line is out of whack and the value has swung to this undervalued and improved underdog.
