Nebraska is 3-3 and Purdue is 4-2.

The Cornhuskers have lost five of their last six on the road, but I think they come in "under the radar" here and I believe they'll keep this one a lot more competitive than what this spread would suggest.

Nebraska QB Casey Thompson has 1,497 passing yards, nine touchdowns and six INT's. The ground game has been decent as well by averaging 160.2 YPG.

The defense is allowing 29.3 PPG.

Purdue has won five of its last six at home. Aidan O'Connel had 1,559 passing yards, ten TD's and four INT's. The ground game averages just 121 YPG, while the defense allows 22 PPG.

Blindly fading Nebraka in this spot will prove fatal.

Purdue managed the 31-29 upset win at Maryland last week as a three-point dog and with game at Wisconsin next weekend, I believe this one sets up as a classic "trap" for the home side.

I'm not calling for the outright upset, but the stage is set for a tight battle.
