EARLY TOTAL 'BLOOD-BATH!' - 27-16 RUN!
(NFL) Jacksonville vs. Indianapolis,
Total: 41.00 | -110.00 Over
Result: Win
This is an 8* TOTAL BLOOD-BATH on the OVER Jags/Colts.

Divisional battles always mean the most and they almost always mean the most to the home side. That said, both of these teams come in highly motivated to avoid ANOTHER loss, and while neither has been playing to many high-scoring games of late, I expect those trends to end on Sunday.

The Colts beat Denver last weekend and they'll be looking to keep the good times rolling. The Jaguars looked decent before last week's 13-6 loss to the Texans. Suffice it to say, Trevor Lawrence is going to be given the green light to open up things offensively through the air after that "dud."

So far Jacksonville's defense has only allowed 16 PPG, but I think that unit will be tested here by Matt Ryan and the Colts.

Ryan has struggled for the most part this year, showing flashes of brilliance only briefly. I like the veteran to bounce back here at home with a much better performance after last week's showing.

Two motivated divisional opponents in a "must win" game (essentially). I say this total is a tad low.

The play is the OVER.

Good luck, NP
