There isn’t a lot of difference between the two teams but LA does have an advantage on the Mound. In his last game against Tampa Bay Soriano struck out six in five innings while giving up a lone run.. The Angels also have a slight advantage at plate where they have hit 18 home runs compared to the Rays 8. LA also has a higher OPS at .719 compared to 709. The Angels are off to a 7-4 start. Soriano has struck out 14 over his first two games. Zach Littell is 0-2 with a 4.15 ERA The Rays are last in the league in home runs and have struggled to manufacture runs this season. I am siding with the better team and pitcher in this one.
