Over the years, the Miami Heat have been known for their defense and ability to hang with teams with their physicality. This year, there has been more of that. However, the Heat have shown signs of being able to keep up with the pace of the faster playing teams including this very Bulls team. In all three games this year when these teams matched up, the final combined score was more than today's total and single digit games.

Looking at the Bulls, they will be confident having won every one of those meetings. Playing at home this evening, they will be expecting to come out on top and face the loser of Atlanta/Orlando for a chance to make the postseason. The Bulls play very fast and average almost 118 PPG this season. Yes, this is essentially a playoff game which should make for some better defenses. But, I expect this matchup to still feature more than the o/u total suggests on Wednesday evening.
