The Seattle Seahawks defense is back and playing at elite level, looking like the same team that won the Super Bowl last year. They host the 49ers this week, just two weeks after handing San Francisco a 19-3 loss on it's home field. I don't expect any different result here this Sunday.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Colin Kaepernick - He's thrown as money interceptions as he has touchdowns over his past seven starts, and during that span he hasn't thrown more than one TD pass in any of those seven games.

2. Seattle Defense - Seattle ranks #1 in the NFL against the pass, allowing opponents to average just 190 yards passing per games. They aren't far off the best against the run, allowing just 84 yards rushing per game.

3. X-Factor - These teams has seen the total go under in each of the last four meetings, and the under is 7-1 in Seahawks last 8 vs. NFC West.
