The Calgary Flames will host the Boston Bruins home at the Saddledome Friday night. Four of the last five meetings in Calgary have gone under the total, and I believe we'll see another low-scoring contest tonight.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Boston's Defense - The Bruins opened a three-game Western Canadian road trip with a 3-2 SO loss at Edmonton Wednesday, but they had won five straight prior with only a total of 10 goals conceded. Their 2.36 goals against average on the road this season is among the best marks in the NHL.

2. Special Teams - Calgary has the second worst power play in the league at 12.9%, and Boston has converted on only two of its last 12 chances to play with the man advantage.

3. X-Factor - Boston's Brad Marchand has been held off the scoresheet in each of the last three contests after recording five goals through four games prior to the drought.
