The set-up: Nashville is 12-3 overall, including 7-0 on the road. Dallas is 9-6-1 overall, including 6-2-0 at home. The Predators come in on top form as they've won four straight. The Stars broke a two-game slide with a 4-3 win at home over the Sharks and I believe we'll see another wide-open/competitive affair between these two surging sides as well on Saturday.

The pick: Take it for what you will as well, but Dallas has seen the total go "over" the number in seven of its last nine after scoring four goals or more in a victory in its previous outing. This number is a little low, play the "over."
