The 9-1 (in their L10 games) Rangers have it all at the moment, with a fine 5.3/2.6 runs for and against line. They have allowed 3 or less runs in 9 of their last 10 games, and have the bullpen operating on all cylinders lately. The Giants have lost 6 of 7 games including the last two to the Rangers. Their offense sunk to a .201 BA/ .590 OPS line the last week. They are favored today but only because Webb is on the mound. Webb has been very consistent and usually delivers solid inning numbers, with great control. The Giants' bullpen has not been as sharp of late, and they are hitting right-handed pitching to the tune of just .177 in the last 10 days. Dunning starts for the Rangers.
