The set-up: Off a rare double-digit home win over the Wizards, I think the struggling Hawks take a step back on the offensive end in this difficult road venue. Yes the Hawks allow a ghastly 117.8 PPG, but Toronto plays at a slower pace this year anyways. After Trae Young, Atlanta gets pretty thin. The Raptors are getting healthier as we head towards the All Star break, but this is a game in which they can "control" from start to finish without too much worry. From a situational stand point I think this one definitely sets up as a lower-scoring affair.

The pick: Note as well that Atlanta has seen the total go under the number in ten of its last 15 in trying to revenge a same season loss vs. an opponent, while Toronto has seen the total dip under in ten of its last 15 off a road victory. The situation and the numbers/trends all point to a lower-scoring under once it's all said and done.
