The set-up: Scoring is up in the NHL this season. That said, I have a hard time seeing the Senators mustering much of an offensive attack after falling 5-3 at home just last night to the Capitals. Toronto comes in off a strong 5-3 road win in Dallas, but I think home side gets out and controls the pace of this one tonight.

The pick: Note as well that Ottawa has seen the total go under the number in eight of its last 12 in the second game of a back to back after losing by two goals in the first, while Toronto has seen the total dip below the posted number in six of its last nine home games following a road win by two goals or more. This number is a tad high.
