The set-up: Yesterday's game between these clubs landed right on the number (9), but I expect a bit of a "duel" in this one. The visitors hand the ball to Randy Dobnak (5-1, 1.78 ERA) who is putting up Cy Young numbers so far this year. Dobnak enters on top form, having won five straight, most recently allowing two runs over five innings in a win over the Royals. In a shortened season, regression isn't guaranteed, so Dobnak's peripherals have so been meaningless.

The pick: Matt Boyd (0-4, 8.48) was 9-12 with a 4.56 ERA last year. Boyd is coming off his best start of the year, where he allowed two runs and a walk over 5.1 innings while also striking out six in a loss to the Tribe on Sunday. I think Boyd will surprise here at home, a place where he posted a respectable 4.01 ERA last year. I'm banking on Boyd's progression continuing and I expect these two hungry starters to battle deep. This number is a little high.
