The pick: Portland averages 115.3 PPG, and it concedes 119.3. The Blazers recent form of late though will have them anxious to turn things around and here's the perfect opponent to get untracked against. Chicago was already struggling in every facet of the game, but with so many key players out due to COVID, it's hard to imagine where any sort of production will come from the visiting side tonight.
