Tennessee will be going with quarterback number three Charlie Whitehurst as Jake Locker and rookie Zach Mettenberger are sidelined and Jacksonville with go with Chad Henne who started two games last season and has starting experience with the Dolphins in place of injured Blake Bortles. The Titans have gone two straight games without a touchdown as the change might not be that dramatic unless you consider that he led the team in rushing last time out with 38 yards.
