Hornets (+) over Pelicans- The New Orleans Pelicans have shown dramatic improvement behind Anthony Davis this season but will match-up with the Hornets in Charlotte with almost identical road and home records. The Pelicans are 6-12 on the road while the Hornets are 7-12 at home but their points spread records are polar opposites as New Orleans is 10-8 ATS on the road (mostly as underdogs) and Charlotte is just 6-13 ATS. There points for and against are a virtual wash (even) but the Pelicans have lost three straight on the road but have beaten Charlotte four of the last road meetings. Still, the points here are too inviting and I will take them. It's the HORNETS!
