Utes (-) over Cougars- Talk about two clubs whose state represent a see-saw where one is up and the other is down apply to these two schools when home and away. The Washington Cougars have covered just seven of 31 road games going 7-20-4 ATS including 2-4 this year while Utah is 40-14-1 ATS in their last 55 home games. The Utes are off an 18-point loss to Arizona 69-51 on Saturday, but leads this series 15-4 all time including 12-1 in Salt Lake City.
