Royals over Twins- The Twins hold a 1-game lead in their AL Wild Card hunt as their ninth inning rally against Kansas City kept them ahead of the LA Angels. Minnesota will start Ervin Santana (14-7, 3.35 ERA) who has worked six or more innings in six of his last seven starts and is 1-1 in three outing against the Royals this season. But, he has allowed 12 runs in 19 innings against them and is 6-10 with a 4.63 ERA in 24 career appearances against KC.
