Jazz (+) over Raptors- With or without Kawhi Leonard the Raptors appear (9-1) to be the best team in the East and are off another win where he was rested. Utah has dropped their last three and are 0-3 at home and may very well be without leading scorer Donovan Mitchell and will be replaced by the rookie from Duke Grayson Allen. Although the Raptors are 9-1 ATS in the last 10 meetings including 5-0 ATS in the last five visits to Utah the Jazz are in a spot to perform well. Take UTAH!
