Nittany Lions (+) over Badgers- It looks like a 'down year for Wisconsin not only in football but basketball as well. Although ranked No. 22 the Badgers are looking to rebound from a pair of losses including a Big-Ten loss to Minnesota. Penn State is 0-3 in conference action and just 1-6-1 ATS in their last eight games. But, my concern here is the low betting price which would be difficult to rationalize when one see's that Wisconsin is 9-2 ATS in their last 11 road games but there are a pair of trends that balances the trend as the underdog is 14-3 in the last 17 meetings and the Nittany Lions are 11-3 ATS in the last 14 meetings. Numbers never lie...PENN STATE!
