Angels over Mariners- In my experience it has always been understood the catchers after their playing career make the best managers...but, this is not always true. One of the worst is Angels manager Brad Ausmus who when in inter-league play once made a multiple player switch and ended up with the pitcher leading off at the plate the next at-bat. He also is now one of those 'brilliant' ideas to let his started pitch just one innings and then use seven of eight pitchers for his game plan. The problem with this is not all pitchers will be affective as at least one of them will get pounded. So, talking about the day's starter has no baring on the outcome. We are going t play the 'team' to win here and it is LOS ANGELES!
