Blue Jays over Orioles- A pair of struggling right-handers will face-off as the bottom feeders in the East go at it tonight in Baltimore. The last place Orioles will send David Hess (1-8, 7.08 ERA) to the mound against a team he no-hit for 6.1 innings in his first start of the season. It was at this time his season took a down turn as manager Brandon Hyde pulled him as he lost his chance for a no-no and he hasn't been the same since.
