Mets over Braves- The MLB 'joke' of the year without question is the New York Mets. They are as dysfunctional as a big league team can get with management pulling unorthodox stunts to players beating up in-laws and players not getting on the field to play because of personal issues. The Mets have lost five straight as their 'bullpen' blew two-runs leads in four straight games and own the 3rd worst record in the NL only Miami and San Francisco have less wins. Tonight, defending Cy Young Award winner Jacob deGrom (4-6, 3.25 ERA) gets the nod against rookie Mike Soroka (8-1, 2.07) who is unbeaten since April 18. Mets starter deGrom has allowed two runs or fewer in seventh straight game and helps the Mets break their losing streak. Take NEW YORK METS!
