Washington at New York Mets 7:10 ET
Nationals over Mets- I know...I know just how hot the Mets are, I was there when it started and will continue to be there when 'we' have the advantage but tonight it's going the other way. New York has now won 14 of 15 and are just a half-game out of the Wild Card spot passing seven teams since the All-Star break. A great pitching matchup tonight as the Nationals come with Patrick Corbin (9-5, 3.43 ERA) who got banged around by Arizona in his last start on Sunday and after eight straight starts of allowing three runs or less I see him returning to form. The Mets will start underachiever Noah Syndergaard (8-5, 3.96) has had five straight quality starts but it won't be good enough tonight. Take WASHINGTON!
