Rutgers who's season had been on a downward swing since being ranked early in the season had lost 3-of-4 before rallying from 15-points down against Indiana Saturday winning 74-63. The underdog is 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings and should get the money here. Take NEBRASKA!
