Reds over Cardinals- St. Louis returns home after a 10-game road trip going 5-5 closing with a 14-3 loss to the Dodgers yesterday. Adam Wainwright (3-4, 4.22 ERA) gets the start for the Red BirdS and it appears that his better days are behind him and he is 10-14 lifetime against Cincinnati. The Reds will send Vladimir Gutierrez (0-1, 1.80) who suffered a loss in his only start despite allowing just one run and two hits in five innings against the Cubs. St. Louis has had the best of Cincy in the 'Gateway' city but the Cardinals should be distracted with all the chores that built up while they were on the road. Take CINCINNATI!
