The Royals will start right-hander Jordan Lyles (0-8, 7.15 ERA) who is 0-3 with a 5.71 ERA in 12 appearances against Washington and his ERA is the highest among starters and he has surrendered a MLB high 14 home runs. So, with one of the worst pitchers in baseball on the hill the Royals are favored. Smell fishy...take KANSAS CITY!
