At most offshore locations this game opened as a PICKEM game but due to the one-game suspension of Penn State head coach Pat Chambers (for shoving a player during a timeout) there has been two-point swing in the direction of Wisconsin even though the Badgers have lost 3 of their most recent 5 outings. Penn St is very good at home and I expect the players to step up and get a win for their coach. Wisconsin is on a 23-2 run outright against Penn State and has celebrated six straight years in the Nittany Lions' gym but Wisky is down this season dropping 2 in a row. Penn St is off a loss to Michigan on the road and I look for them to bounce back here at home and playing with revenge.
