The Penn Quakers were one of the top mid-major performers back during the nonconference, but Penn hasn't translated that success into the Ivy League thus far. We feel the Quakers have shown too much promise this season not to be a factor in the upper tier of the Ivy League and we'd be surprised if they didn't start picking up more consistent wins.
Offensive consistency has been an issue for the Bears in Ivy League action.

Penn was downright dangerous back during the non-conference and we're still waiting for the Quakers to show up with that level of play in the Ivy League. We like Penn to come in focused and hungry for the win as they go on to cover the spread.
