The Phillies are hoping for a bit of a resurgence for Arrieta in his second season in Philly. He was 9-6 with a 3.11 ERA through his first 22 starts last season. He seemed like he had a dead arm late last season and should be fresh now. The Phillies are 2-0 and Harper has yet to get a hit.
