(MLB) Boston vs. Minnesota,
Money Line: -119.00 Minnesota (Home)
Result: Loss
The Twins are riding the momentum coming off a 17-inning win in which they tied the game in the bottom of the 8th and 13th before winning it in the 17th. They have Kyle Gibson going who is 7-3 with a 3.7 ERA including a 4-0 record with a 2.45 ERA in five starts at home. Eduardo Rodriguez is going for the Red Sox who is 7-4 with a 4.76 ERA including a 5.23 ERA in eight starts on the road.

Rodriguez is off a season high 114 pitch effort in his last outing; the only game in his last six outings where he's recorded an out after the sixth inning. It's surely worth noting that current Twins have hit .314 against him with a .948 OPS in a decent 70 at bat sample size.

Kyle Gibson, on the other hand, needed only 88 pitches to get through eight scoreless innings against KC in his last outing. He threw seven innings of one run ball in his previous home start. Current Red Sox have not hit him hard, with a .234 batting average against.
