I grade the Raiders with the best pre-season QB rotation as they have only 3 QB's in camp, giving them all more reps, and all 3 are QB that started regular season games. If it's Glennon and Peterman or just Peterman either way an overall QB edge and I'll take the +2.5 pts here Thursday night.
