Russell Wilson is making his return to Seattle after being traded to the Broncos this offseason. The Seahawks are projected to be one of the worst teams in the NFL this season. They are below average on both sides of the ball and Russell Wilson pretty much carried the team on his shoulders last year.



The Seahawks have a pair of quality receivers but with a QB backup Gino Smith and a defense that has been stripped of most of its big names, I expect it to be a long season for Pete Carroll and the Seahawks. Take Denver and expect a blowout win on MNF.
