I am pulling the trigger on a bet on the total to be over 48 points in Monday's Vikings-Rams game. I feel confident these defenses will be in for a long night against two superb passing offenses. Matt Stafford is rested off of what was basically a bye week and should flourish indoors against an OK Minnesota secondary. Sam Darold will be eager to make a statement after last weekend's awful showing vs. Detroit. This matchup also features two of the game's top offensive-minded coaches in Sean McVay and Kevin O'Connell.

Minnesota scored 25 or more in nine games and LA scored 25-plus six times this season, and I would bet that number would be higher if the Rams had Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp for more games. These teams combined for 50 points in the first matchup and I believe they will surpass that total on Monday.
