The Dallas Cowboys have alternated wins and losses over their last four games but we still find them at the cellar of the NFC East. They'll host the surging New York Jets in a rare Saturday Night Football match-up, and I don't see any other outcome than a dominant road-win tonight.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Motivational - While injuries have ruined the Cowboys' season already, the Jets are still very much in the playoff race. They're currently owners of the final wild card in the AFC, but any slip ups at this point would have devastating consequences.
2. Quarterback Advantage - With Tony Romo out with a fractured collarbone, the Cowboys have relied on 33 year old Matt Cassel to lead the troops behind center. He was just 13-of-29 passing for 114 yards in last week's 28-7 defeat at Green Bay though, and he has a 59.2% completion rate for the season. The Jets on the other hand have a red hot QB in Ryan Fitzpatrick who threw for 263 yards and three touchdowns in last week's 30-8 win against Tennessee, and he has thrown for a total of 24 TDs already this season.
3. X-Factor - The Cowboys might not enjoy as much home-advantage as one would expect. The Jets are 7-3-1 ATS in their last 11 games on fieldturf while the Cowboys are 2-12 ATS in their last 14 on the same surface.
